Traveling from the northeast to the southwest at a high rate of speed possibly as much as 1,000 mph at an estimated altitude of 25,000' to 30,000' overhead.
The object had an estimated diameter of approximately 75'.
The object was in sight for approximately 15 seconds.
The 4 men were standing in the aircraft parking area for the 65th Bomb squadron.
