Faster Than Jet Disk Stops, Hovers Two Seconds, Accelerates
A/3C Joseph F. Raley while walking to work observed a spherical disk like object from a distance away of 5800'. The object was at an estimated altitude of 5000'. The object moved several hundred mph faster than any known jet aircraft.
No sound was heard. The object was first seen moving N to S until it crossed the air base where it stopped and hovered for approximately 2 seconds, then took off to the west.
