It Was Not A Star
My cousin an I were playing putt putt golf one evening.As I was waiting for him to play, I was looking at the stars when from my left moving from left to right.
A bright light moving across the horizon on a straight line for approximately 5 to 10 seconds at a high velocity and stopped.
It remained stopped for about 3 to 5 seconds.
At that point it shot straight up and out of sight in just a couple seconds.
This was when I was 16 years old in 1962.
