Slowly Rotating Cigar Shaped Object
Low altitude cigar shaped dark metallic object hovering in place over flood control ponds at intersection arrow highway, and Cienega Ave, covina ca.
Object was only about 125' high in sky, estimate object 70' long.
Object rotated end over end like a pinwheel very slowly.
I could see what appeared to be small jet spray, no smoke, appeared almost like water spray, coming out of each tip, causing rotation.
Object was stationary for several minutes just hovering and slowly rotating.
I was just 9 or 10 years old, I figured it was a government test craft and turned my back on it and went home.
So I didn't see what it did after that. Years later I wished I had viewed it longer.
