It happened at 4:09 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. local time.On the sky, there was a bright, little yellowish spot slowly moving from south to north, as big as normally Venus would be from Earth. The movement was stable and the illumination of an object didn’t change during the observation. After approximately 6 minutes we lost the spot as it melted into a light blue horizon. I have been an amateur astronomer, so I know that it wasn’t any planet, star, bolite, meteorite.
It possibly was some weather balloon, the wind was blowing from 288°, so not from south to north, but I don’t know the data from higher levels.
